School of Mechanical Sciences has encouraged the Department of Mechanical Engineering to conduct an Inter Departmental Activities named IMPLODE-2010. Its open to Engineering and Arts College too. So those who are interested in participating in this, can register their name soon. There are many other activities and events going to be conducted.
Implode - 2010 was conducted in two days . first day started with lighting of kuthu vilaku by our celebrities.

So the first day started with Paper presentation and Quiz competition.
Paper Presentation was conducted in two sessions. Forenoon and Afternoon sessions. The topic given were World Economy, E-Commerce, Nano Technology, Global Warming, Artificial Intelligence, Reverse Engineering, Composite Materials, Mobile Communication.
All the parcitipants from various departments actively participated in paper presentation.
