Karpagam University, Coimbatore organized a one - day International Workshop on “Advances in Engineering Practices for Achieving Manufacturing Excellence”-AEPAME’11 on April 12. The workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Guest Dr. Andrew Fox, Faculty of Science and Technology, University of Plymouth, United Kingdom.
Dr. K. Ramasamy, Vice-Chancellor, Karpagam University presided over the function, Mrs . Lamenda Kingdon and Mr. John Cutts (Neuro Linguistic Programming Trainers) from Plymouth University were the other resource persons for the workshop. LakshmanaPerumalsamy, Registrar, Dr. G. Karuppusami, Dean (FOE), Dr. A. M. K. Poduval ,Senior Professor and Professor E. Baburaj, HOD, (Mechanical engineering), Prof. P. Natarajan, Mechanical Engineering graced over the function apart from 175 participants.
